Data Backup & Monitoring
Our service is typically configured to back up every night when your network and computers are seeing little to no use. Our service can be set to back up as often or as little as you like - there is no extra charge. The length of backup is dependent on the number of changes since your last backup, the load on your server, and most importantly the upload speed available on your Internet connection.
Our technical support staff monitors your backup logs daily. If we see a problem we will try and correct it on our end first, and then we will contact you.
You will never run out of storage space. Unlke other services, we will always back up your data. If you exceed your Plan's storage limit you are simply charged an overage fee based on the plan. If it will cost you less money to upgrade to our next Plan level we will automatically do the upgrade and inform you.
We provide a 30-day money back guarantee* and do not start billing until your initial backup set is completely stored on our servers.
We practice what we preach. Our primary backup servers are constantly replicating themselves to a another secure location. Basically, this means we have backups of your backups... so your valuable data actually exists encryped and secure in two different geographic locations.
We also perform revision backups. Whenever your valuable Word or Excel document changes, we back up that change separately, so that if you need to, you could restore back to a version five or 10 changes ago.
