Remote Support
We make it easy for you to allow our technical staff to support you. Please call us at (512) 323-6596 option 2 and request remote technical support. Our technician will provide you a 6-digit PIN code to enter in the box below. Once you enter it simply click on the "Connect to ADS Support Staff" button below and we will be provided remote access to your computer. This way you can easily show us your problem while we "virtually" look over your shoulder. Once we are done just close your browser and that will disconnect our remote access. We will no longer be able to access your computer (without going through this same process).
We also use this technology to do our service installation and configuration on your system.
