Recovering a single data file is a very quick process using our service typically done in a few minutes. Recovering large amounts of data in multiple folders takes longer. Large Exchange installations can take several hours since the entire information store might need to be recovered (depending on backup configuration). Download speed plays a large factor in determining how quickly a restore happens.
In an extreme disaster situation where, for example, an entire server and its data has been lost, we can provide an external hard drive via overnight delivery or in-person (depending on location), of your backed up data.
